Composition
- Each tablet of “Levocar® 25 mg/250 mg” contains 25 mg carbidopa and 250 mg levodopa.
- Each tablet of “Levocar® Controlled Release”
contains 50 mg carbidopa and 200 mg levodopa.

Indications
For treatment of Parkinson's Disease and Syndrome.

Dosage
- The usual maintenance dose of “Levocar® 25 mg/250 mg Tablets” is one tablet three or four times a day.
- Most patients have been adequately treated with two to eight tablets per day of “Levocar® Controlled Release Tablets” administered as divided doses at intervals
ranging from four to twelve hours during the waking day.

How Supplied
- Levocar® 25 mg/250 mg tablets:
Carton boxes containing 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 (AL/PVC)
strips, 10 tablets each with insert leaflet.
- Levocar® 50 mg/200 mg CR tablets:
Carton boxes contain 1, 2 or 3 strips, 10 tablets
each with insert leaflet.
