Composition
Each capsule contains 75 or 150 mg Pregabalin.

Indications
- PDN (peripheral diabetic neuropathy).
- PHN (post herpetic neuralgia).
- Fibromyalgia.
- Partial seizures.

Dosage
Pregabalin treatment can be started at a dose of 150 mg per day. Based on individual patient response and tolerability, the dosage may be increased to 300 mg per day after an interval of 3 to 7 days, and if needed, to a maximum dose of 600 mg per day
after an additional 7 days interval.

Carton boxes containing 1, 2 or 3 (AL/Transparent PVC) strips, each of 10 hard gelatin capsules, each capsule contains 75 mg or 150 mg Pregabalin, and an inner leaflet.

Mechanism of action
Pregabalin modulates pain sensations centrally.

Pharmacokinetics
Pregabalin pharmacokinetics are linear over the recommended daily dose range. Multiple dose pharmacokinetics are predictable from single dose data. Therefore, there is no need for
routine monitoring of plasma concentrations of pregabalin.
