Composition
Each tablet contains 10 mg Buspirone Hydrochloride

Indications
- Management of anxiety disorders.
- Short-term relief of symptoms of anxiety with or without accompanying depression.
- As an alternative to other anti-anxiety agents in the treatment of generalized anxiety.
- Management of obsessive compulsive disorders.

Dosage
- Initial dose is 15 mg daily (5 mg three times a day).
- The dose may then be increased by 5 mg per day, as needed, at intervals of 2 to 3 days.
- The daily dose should not exceed 60 mg.
N.B.: Food intake decreases the first-pass metabolism and increases the bioavailability.

How Supplied
Boxes of 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 strips. Each strip contains 10
tablets.

Properties
- Seropar® is an anxiolytic agent which is not related to the benzodiazepines, it differs from other sedative/anxiolytics in having no sedation, nor muscle relaxation.
- It doesn't induce withdrawal symptoms like other sedative/anxiolytics.
