Indications
Teklo® is indicated in the treatment of hypertension.

Dosage
Half to one tablet in the morning or as directed by
the physician.

Carton boxes of 1, 2, 3 or 10 strips, each of 10 tablets and inner leaflet.

Mechanism of action
Atenolol is a cardio-selective beta1-adrenergic receptor blocking agent.
Chlorthalidone is a diuretic with actions and uses similar to those of thiazide diuretics with prolonged actions.
Amiloride HCl is a mild diuretic with potassium sparing properties.
